At Homecare in Solihull, all our staff are DBS checked, fully trained, and qualified, specializing in Dementia care, Medication management, Personal care, and the use of all types of manual handling equipment. You will be introduced to your primary home care worker, who will work closely with you to provide consistent support. Depending on your level of care needs, you may also receive assistance from other dedicated home care workers.

What Services will I recieve ?
Assessment will involve the home care manager devising your person-centered care plan. This plan will detail the services you will receive, as well as arrangements for changing or ending the services. You will receive a copy of the care plan and a written agreement.
What if my circumstances change ?
There will be a reassessment of your needs every quarter. If your personal circumstances change, you should contact the home care manager, who will arrange a review of your needs.
How much will it cost ?
Depending on your circumstances, charges may vary from £16-25 per hour. The home care manager will discuss this and complete a financial assessment. We accept direct payments.
